Need To Make A Return?
Hopefully you love everything you have purchased, but if something does not work out, please follow our Return process below for the best results.
WE OFFER ONLY EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT. Items must be returned unused, unwashed and smoke, deodorant and perfume free. All original tags must be attached. We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met.
EXCHANGES: Due to our limited quantities per unique style we can't guarantee an exchange. We are not able to "hold" merchandise.
DEFECTIVE/INCORRECT ITEMS: If you feel you have received a defective or incorrect item, notify us within 5 days of receiving by sending a photo to Info@nstyledirect.com
All RETURNS must be shipped (documented received by shipper ) within 14 Days of you receiving the order, ONLY ONE RETURN per ORDER will be accepted (you may send multiple Items in one return) Returns that exceed this limit will not be accepted. Any items RETURNED to us that are not in compliance with our return policy will be shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense. Once a return is delivered to N Style, please allow 10 business days for your RETURN to be processed.
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Hats
- Jewelry + other accessories
- Women’s intimates
.HOW IT WORKS
- Please ensure your items are securely packaged! We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during their return to our warehouse!
- Return for store credit must be postmarked within 14 days of the order fulfillment date.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- Please provide either the original receipt or include a piece of paper with your name and order number in the package.

- Returns are processed within 10 business days of receipt, and you will be e-mailed when we have processed your return.
- If an ineligible item(s) is returned to us:
- Returns postmarked after 14 days from the order fulfillment date will be returned to customer
- Returns that are postmarked after 30 days of the order fulfillment date in which the customer does not wish to have a restocking fee withheld can be shipped back to the customer at their own expense.

SHOES: Shoes must be returned with their original shoebox. Please pack the shoebox inside another box as the original shoebox must be returned undamaged. We also recommend carpeted areas for trying shoes on. Any signs of wear to the shoe or a damaged shoebox will make them ineligible for return.
RETURNING IN STORE PURCHASES: If you make a purchase in store, and need to return it by shipping it please email returns@nstyle.com for instructions on how to complete the return. The actual In STORE RECEIPT or a copy of the receipt will need to accompany the returned package.
